Captain Pham from Vietnam

Captain Pham has served with the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operation. His assignments have involved:

• planning and executing training programs for the hospital staff in the areas of security, medical knowledge and combat skills to meet United Nations (UN) requirements before deployment
• a deployment to the UN Mission in South Sudan as an administrative officer
• recently assigned to prepare troops for a UN Mission in Central Africa and South Sudan

At 25 years of age he is the youngest officer to be selected to attend the Command and General Staff College.
